Well, we would like to introduce you to an exciting new health and wellness program called Living Well for Life and after you have a chance to see what it is all about, there will be no question in your mind that this CAN be done. You really can grow YOUNG the first 100 years.  As a result of Living Well, you are going to look better, feel better and live longer!  After all, what difference does it make what you do for a living or what your family income is if you do not have your good health to enjoy the life you are working so hard to have?


6 Steps to Living Well for Life

  • Step 1 -- Think Well

Knowledge is Power - It is impossible to be Living Well for Life if you don't know now.  You will enjoy the motivation that comes from education and knowing what works.

  • Step 2 -- Mobility

What difference does it make if you live longer but you can't move?  You must take care of your spine, joints, and range of motion so you can still play and enjoy life no matter what your age.  Living Well for Life means increasing and maintaining mobility.

  • Step 3 -- Eat Well

Your body reproduces itself every year.  What you feed your body is important to replace your body parts with younger and stronger ones.  Eating the wrong foods, the wrong balance of foods, or the wrong amounts of food rebuilds a weaker and older body.  To age-proof your body you must give it the proper BALANCE.

  • Step 4 -- Vitamins

Living Well for Life with VITAMINS.  It is very difficult to know the foods that you eat maintain their nutritional value by the time they've reached your plate.  Vitamins are your source of insurance for supplying the nutrients you need to age-proof your body.

  • Step 5 -- Play Well

A sedentary life if more harmful than smoking.  Studies show that 30 minutes of aerobic activity 3 days a week will build the heart.  You also must concern yourself with retaining the muscle mass you had in your youth through the lifestyle of weight resistance.  The motivation for weight loss isn't to look like a body builder but to maintain a metabolism that enables you to live and maintain proper weight.  A healthy heart is essential since you need a good heart to Live Well for Life.

  • Step 6 -- Don't Quit

Many people don't do the right things long enough to enjoy the benefits.  They do what is right for a day or week and sometimes even a month.  But what would happen if you could "get it all together" for an entire year.  EVERYBODY would see the results.  You would look better, feel better, and live longer.  You would never go back.


What happens when I join?

We will perform all the following exams and tests:  weight, body fat percentage, complete measurements, digital pictures, blood pressure, resting heart and stress heart rate, strength and endurance, flexibility and range of motion, and finally total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides.

After your exam, we will sit down with you and give you your results as well as our recommendations of goals and what you should do.  This will include a balanced nutritional plan to rebuild a younger body, a proper exercise and strengthening program, any vitamin supplementation needed, and what type of chiropractic care you are going to require to maintain good mobility through preventative care.

In the Living Well for Life you will have a doctor and staff who will monitor your progress on a weekly basis.  During these visits your weight will be taken and your journal turned in for evaluation and reward.  Everybody performs better when they have a coach and are held accountable!

The first step to Living Well is to Think Well.  You can not do what is right when you don't know what is right!  You will receive a 26 minute video, a 3-CD album, and a Living Well for Life manual.  All these methods will be utilized to further your education and give you all the information you will need to live on the program.

Because we are sincere about you getting the proper vitamins, we are providing you with a pharmaceutical grade multi-vitamin absolutely free.  As long as you continue on the program and are taking the vitamins regularly there will be no charge.
