bodywork has a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) available to you on staff. Our
RMT is proficient in shiatsu, acupressure, pre-natal, infant, cranial-sacral
therapy, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, Swedish, chair, sports therapy, and
spa treatments. Each session incorporates healing techniques, Japanese
Reflexology, and Trigger-Point Therapies.
Massage Therapy has profound affects on the parasympathetic nervous system which can benefit you in a multitude of ways including:
